Have sponsors gone too far now?
I'm starting to think that programs have gone about as far as they can with offering webmasters incentives. Free hosting, free galleries, free content, $30 for a $1 trial.
Big stands at shows, free food, drinks, parties, sex, rides and rock and roll. What's left? I'm actually talking now to a Webmaster who uses sponsor content and is tired of getting turned down everywhere. Then I see the other side, and no disrespect to anyone, and some sites STINK. Crap content, old pictures, sometimes pictures with a bad color tint and content that clearly does not fit the niche they proclaim. Then there's a poor design that I've seen a 100 times before, with the same old tour that I've seen 1,000 times before. All with little thought and less imagination. But click on the Webmasters link and you can see they are promising everything they can to get more traffic to these pages. But if I was trying to fill a bucket with a hole one way would be to pour more water into the bucket. The sensible side of me says plug the hole, but I can't afford to stop so I keep pouring in more and more water. As I said no disrespect to anyone. |

Well, if the content is crap and that the sites look like crap to you, then don't promote them.
Sometimes all the parties and chicks won't replace good support. I think this should be a priority. |

What I'm saying is it's about the return on the traffic not the enticements to the webmasters. |

only thing i care about is how much money they bring me
and if the support is good, i dont care about the hosting sex babes food stands cars beer !!!!!!!! |
Of course sponsors promise the world to get traffic. It's no surprise though, it's all about the instant money for the most part after all isnt it..
Surfers dont realise that what they find on movie gallery posts and thumbnail gallery posts are as good or better than whats inside of pay sites. Webmasters dont realise that everyday by showing primo hardcore content, and then sending a surfer to an inferior paysite member area that they're helping to slaughter their sheep instead of just sheering it so that it'll produce for them again later. Content producers/providers dont know that by selling hardcore content to webmasters, instead of exclusively to paysite member areas, that they're destroying themselves slowly as well by saturating the very market they want to create increased value for.. Or not? hehe |
Actually, a nice member area feature would probably be some links to some bigger TGP's and MGP's. Special mirror's made to order as plugins.
If any sponsors have such TGP's, contact me and I'll buy up some fresh content for ya and make some pages, lol. Your members will thank you, and I'll get some member-area traffic. |

Well not as many and not as good. And if a paysite for a $1 a day can't compete with a free TGP gallery, I think you have just spotted the trouble. No serious porn consumer is going to blink at spending $1 to jerk off for hours to good content, as the alternative is to scour around TGP galleries looking for something good that will turn him on. Problem is not that free content is too good, it's that paid content is too bad. |
