A nice dessert for the grill on the 4th. (tip)
 

Get some sweet peaches, wash thoroughly and slice in half and take out the pit. Brush the insides of the halves lightly with olive oil. Place face down on the grill and give it time for all of that sugar in the peach to caramelize...Then eat it.
