Quebec, The city of Montreal adopted the Amber program in May 2003.

Fuck, the Canadian online Amber alert sucks balls. I cant find anything about this alert for the life of me. I guess they take a little more time to update. Would be great if the On-line alerts were as on the ball as raio and TV alerts.
