Cheap digital cameras tend to have slow shutter speeds.

I hate the ones that take the picture after you press and release the button, I can never keep them steady enough for a clear shot.

Sony F828 is a really nice piece of work - Cost me 1250$ in this fucking country!
Altering the settings etc, takes a bit of getting used to (I also have an Olympus 2500L - which is a piece of piss to work), but the results are excellent -

And - I do a lot of smoke pics too - For my smoking fetish sites!
