Whats your AVERAGE clickrate
 

For instance. i've seen one post here of a fellow who got 7000 impressions and 350 clicks. thats a 5% click ratio, mine are like 0.5-1% (1% if I get lucky). Tell me what are you average clickrates (clicks per 100 visitors) THIS IS ON PAYHOSTS.

If that is on TGP traffic I am not suprised.
On free site you shoud get at least 10%

10% click-thru rate is really high, and i definitely do not achieve that on my free sites. is that the norm for u free site webmasters? i do not exactly overwhelm my surfers with sponsors... perhaps i should push that up a bit.

this is similar to what i was trying to figure out. only i was using a $$$/hit ratio. i think this ratio works better than the click-thru percentage. for example, i make $1 / every 200-250 visitors. ED makes $1 / every 100 visitors. i made a guess that TGPs make $1 / every 1,000 - 2,000 visitors, but i obviously don't know for sure.

Does it matter what type of gallery?
like hardcore? or watersports.

well i would say maybe 1 percent from tgp sites.. i usually make about 1 dollars per 1000 visitiors.. average..

but free sites.TGP traffic just sucks your bandwith and all they do is hit back button and go to next gallery

TGP Click-thru:

1-1.5% = LOW
2-2.5% = AVERAGE
3-4% = HIGH

Now, 60% of sponsors shave HITS... so test your galleries on unshaven hit sponsors FIRST. (Maxcash, Truecash, ARS...) Though some of them are overused, so your click-thru ratio might be lower.

After 8 months of TGP, I don't waste my time looking at click-thru ratio... way too much shaving. 1 pay per signup in 30,000 uniques or better. 1 in 15,000 for reccuring.

well i think the sponsors who use 3rd party processing cannot shave.. (for my site i cannot shave people since i have no access to do it or anything..) so it is good for people to use 3rd party processing paysites
