I've been using both, no results. Can anyone confirm that these things actually work?

do u mean by selling those products or actually using them.. and if u mean by actually using them.. i think they should.. (they might have some garantee stuff or something.. (i dont know aobut it since i dont use it) i might have beer belly but im happy..

train boxing.... really good conditioning.. plus you will learn a few things.. diets are stupid... maintaining a healthy diet is very important.... i have a beer belly myself, but that's cause i don't care that much... go for a run everyday

my solution for you..
Drink more beers and u will be drunk to notice that u have belly haha.. or stop sitting your ass on the computer and go out more often.. for me i get my excerises from camping.. hiking and stuff like that.. |
CARDIO, DIET, are the post important...SITUPS come in 3rd.
Most people think situps are the most important..but they are not. You can do all the situps,crunches or ab exercises you want, but it wont reduce your belly. You will get a six pack, but it will be hidden under your belly. Got to eat a low fat diet...no fast food http://bbs.gofuckyourself.com/board/frown.gif and do LOTS of cardio work...running, swimming, biking. Got to do it everyday. Like Chulpa said Boxing is soooooo good. You dont have to actually box....Use the heavy bag...the heavy bag is a great work out. Nice to beatup and take out your aggressions on also.
