Write to Google and explain that you feel you were banned unfairly and you were doing nothing wrong. Providing thats the truth obviously. They're real people, so try a real method and see how she goes :)

I would love to see CryGuy.com get banned. The new domain for payshots.com and if you've been watching Google, he's one of the biggest SE spammers.

Why do you worry when they send the surfers to your site anyway.They are'nt doing anything wrong in targeting the paysites name.That what affiliates are suppose to do.Get traffic for their sponsors.

I dont have a site, He targets 50 sponsors and sends them to 1 sponsor that is PPS.

A band is typically not forever. Only google knows and the rules change. In time, a long time maybe, it will come back. For the most part it is all automatic, I think they do very little by hand.

I've watched sites recover from a PR0. Also watched sites go back and forth from a PR5 to a PR0 until google in the end stuck with the PR0. Think this is the way it happened to choker's sites.
