I won an online lotto once. For $1.00. They sent me the check. I couldn't believe it. It probably cost them $3.00 to send it to me.
I worked out the odds and it was something like 1 in 30,000 if I played the 3 times maximum per day, for a whole year - that's to win $1.00, not the jackpot. I played for 20 days, got my buck, was happy, and said fuck it, and stopped playing. ------------------ Juge - webmaster of:

I had a site on a free host several years ago, and had xpics as a sponser, the free server went down the same day the page went up, and I accumulated 1 whole click, prompting xpics to send me a check for .O2 cents. If you're wondering, yes, you're damned right, I cashed that check.

$2.15 if I remember right, from eads.com non-adult program. It sucked, one of the worst stats I've seen, and almost "non-clickable" banners. But I got the check MANY months later, was a suprise for me. I gave it to my girlfriend (no, she didn't cash the check).
I have a $9.99 from a CC billing company for a non-recurring signup I got. I have to pay $15 and wait 30 - 40 days to cash it. Riiight. |

I got a .03 check a few years ago from a sponsor whose links I could not even find on any of my sites. I think I was drunk when I signed up with them, added a few links on a free hosted site and forgot how the address of the free hosted site. Every once in a while now I still get checks in the range of .09 to .21 from them.
Never bothered to inquire as to WHO what site I was promoting, either. All that effort wouldn't be worth the pennies I've gotten so far. When the checks add up to , say $5, then I'll look into it.
