M80s??? Ever fished with these???
My brother says they're illegal here in Florida, but they are good for fishing if you're lazy.
|
whats that? dynamite?
|
I did when I was little.
was trying to get some for this weekend but couldn't find any |
M80s = Big ass firecrackers.
|
I 'm thinking they are = 1/8th stk
|
never fished with those. but I have caught catfish in a private stream with an old southern bell crank telephone. sounds strange as hell, but we filled a 50 gallon bucket with catfish in about 2 hours and had a huge fish fry on the river and partied all night.

real M80s are illegal in FL, and in most places, yes they are a 1/8th stick dynamite... they do sell firecrackers that say M80 on it... but thats just their name, they are not m80s...

What's the point in that? That's not fishing
|
Fat Cobra uses them

what doesn't fat cobra use. Eddie says he uses the M60s now |
I have seen people do "knock out fishing" before. It seems to really take the sport out of fishing though.

when I was a kid we used them, that's when they were very powerful, and cherry bombs, both could go off under water.
don't think you can get' em that powerfull now in the states |

don't think you can get' em that powerfull now in the states" Yeah, as far as I know you can't get them legally from anywhere now. Though they have the watered down versions like the: M60, M1000, and Silver Salute. (all of which seem to be the same) In anycase, I think everyone has some story about a kid that blew his fingers off or almost hurt someone while throwing an m80. |
