How is this website redirection accomplished?
 

Everytime i click on a link, my web browser redirects the link via:
http://origin.midaddle.com/adView.aspx?requesturl=

For example if i click on a link to Yahoo.com, it automatically goes to http://origin.midaddle.com/adView.as.../www.yahoo.com first instead of just http://www.yahoo.com

Anybody have a clue what file was edited for this to happen?
This page below is popping up for a split second everytime i click on a link:
http://www.moviepatrol.com/hijack.gif
It gets annoying after awhile :helpme
