Soak in really hot salt water for 20 mins, real hot and lots of well dissolved salt. Then wash down with rubbing alcohol air dry and do that twice. See if that helps. Don't rub it anytime in there tho! http://bbs.gofuckyourself.com/board/wink.gif

Kat I know where you are coming from. I had two reconstuctive sugeries on my ankle. A cast for 6 weeks both times. I had to go to my junior prom on crutches and my senior prom with a cane. If you can get your fingers in there and lightly rub it, it will feel better.
