ok, everyone, we start all kinds of Threads, so now i thought we should start one to share some of your accomplishments and great stories ( keep it short if you want them read ) to motivate some of the lazy ones!!!

Half of the year 2004 is gone, what did you accomplish? Lets hear your accomplishments ( be honest ) and what have you done for yourself this year so far?

Mine: Completed All Content Management for AdultLounge.com sites, launched a whole new members area, produced a new reality and got nominated for "Best Amateur Video" by AVN, and basically build AdultLounge.com into a solid affiliate program with thousands of webmasters and got nominated for " Best Affiliate Program " by Xbiz 2004 Awards.

My Biggest accomplishment was teaming up with Adult Lounge www.adultlounge.com to handle all the new "Real Wild Girls" Paysites :)

first time ever on pace for $1/2 million profit.

bought apartment, new car, and tons of toys.

i have to say that with the help of a great friend, i have accomplished more then i could have ever imagined. the first half of this year has been very good to me.

now that i have jinxed myself, lets see how the second half goes.

Smashbucks has had a steady climb this year, we started almost 3 1/2 years ago, and a few weeks ago we wrote out our biggest webmaster checks to date.

We are moments away from rollin out 3 more sites and Version 3 of the new Smashbucks system and still having a blast everyday with our business.

Good to hear the West Coast group is doing well...we got to get a get together more often to hang out and have fun and do some networking! Spoke to AK from Video Secrets...he had a good idea...lets do it.

Best things this year?

Got mountains of killer content from WWC and AMA and made some great friends in the process.

Automated the restoration and encoding process of our classic films so we can "have a life".

Automated our site updates with the help of Mr. #1 "Carlito".

Got our best designs yet for our upcoming sites and affiliate center from Arousal Designs, Studio Afterglow & SpongeMonkey.

Bought a new house in my home town and am moving the fuck out of LA!

And... couldn't leave out hooking up with Unmetered Servers which cut our free hosting bill in HALF!

i learned how to control and how stay in control of multiple projects at the same time, and still giving them all the attention they need.
you know, i'm a guy and i'm having a hard time dealing with multiple things in parallel. i used to focus on one thing for 200% (while leaving everything else where it is), finish it and then move on to the next thing...
i've learned to deal with all current issues at the same time, without messing up. it's a great achievement in my eyes.
