recommend a handheld please
 

i have an old (about 1.2yrs old) model of HP IPaq handheld PC, but i think it is somewhat outdated now.

any of them come with built in WIFI, bluechip, or good amounts of memory?

i see THIS ONE which looks nice.

says it has infered built in, this means i can turn it into a remote control also, right?

also says it has integrated WLAN built in, this means i will have access to internet? Do i need to pay for it?
