Are you hiring for permanent positions? Or just freelance/contractual?

SureFire 06-30-2004 08:29 PM

KRL, what content management software are you using on your site? :)

Peaches 06-30-2004 08:32 PM

I have a lot of experience in men, but that's probably not what you're looking for :winkwink:

Either or depending on the position and the growth we see.

Match.com has 300 people whose job is to review all the incoming personals ads every day. Imagine that. LOL.

[thread jack]
I've been looking high and low for a well rounded windows based programmer who has the skills to fit my needs, but the ones I've came across over the past year have been nothing but a big disappointment. Some of the guys I hired can do A + B but have trouble when it comes to doing C (some refused to do C) and this is just not acceptable with some of my projects. I've even had a few guys who once worked with Yahoo/MSN on certain projects, but still could not meet my needs.

1) Language?
2) Do you have any moral issues/personal limits?
-Is there anything you will say "NO!" to, providing that it is not directly harming anyone or doing anything of illegal nature.
3) Do you offer source code after finished project?
4) Do you offer debugging/program assistance after prj has been paid out for?

Do you have any experience with
-reverse engineering
-encrypted packets / decrypting
-manipulating a protocol to perform certain actions
-direct marketing
-chat services

as you can imagine the above requires a great deal of error handling and tons of debugging before reaching the desired product.

*Screen Shots Needed of Previous Work*
[/thread jack]

I copied and pasted the above which was in another thread, that eventually died. I'm still looking for a good programmer who can fulfill my needs. I will even pay someone a 'finders fee' if you know someone with extremely good skills and proper experience. (proof needed)

BTW: My needs has nothing to do with mailing, I'm looking for someone to construct AI Chat Bots and other things along the line.

Email all responces/questions: [email protected]

I apologize for sticking that in the middle of your thread KRL, but I predict your thread will get more exposure. :thumbsup

I also sent your MSG to a guy who does a lot of freelance work for me, this dude is simply amazing when it comes to backend jobs. He has worked with some of the big guys out there, and can do just about anything (I usually have unique requests - so I know lol) :thumbsup
