Public domain law
 

I was told a while ago that any photographs or replication of images that are takin in public are the sole ownership of the individual who captured the image. Does anyone know the real name and number of this law thanks.

yep this is true, unless the photographer is doing the work for his employer, then the images belong to the employer, i'll post some more info in a sec

You should check your state and local laws. Sometimes the laws conflict and cause legal confusion.

You can take a picture of a girl tanning nude in her backyard just as long you are in the public domain and have a clear view.


Just becareful because that girl can be 17yrs old.
