Hi there. I believe Thumbgalleryhost is hosted on maxim.net, so their bandwidth is cap to what every plan they bought for their colocation. I would like to know which plan you guys can possibly buy to afford to go as low as 2.00 per gig and also allowing user to move the bandwith that they have not used to the next month.
