nope, never really got into that stuff, despite going to church for most of my childhood.

My grandmother used to ask me "do you know why it's important to be real quiet in church?" and I'd say "yes, because people are trying to sleep."

Has anyone here read the scientific studies done on prayer?

I remember reading something about it a few times on Reuters.com . .my father even showed me some articles in JAMA about it (he's a doctor) . .

I'm still undecided . . but it's made me seperate prayer & organized religion.
