Good movie, I didnt think it was THAT scarry tho. I would say Texas Chainsaw Massacare was scarrier in my book.

I think I do remember hearing that actually. Not sure though.

If you like the ring check out the japanese version Ringu. Japanese make the best horror movies :thumbsup

BTW, I Tivo'd House of 1000 Corpses off HBO a week back and I thought it was an awesome flick as well. Really shows a lot of Rob Zombies interests.

While I liked Ringu (the japanese version) a bit more, the American version wasn't bad at all

I hope the wave of Japanese horror movies getting Americanized versions will get people to actually check out the original movies.

The new trailer for The Grudge looks damn good, but i'tll be extremely hard to top the Japanese original, which really creeped me the fuck out.

A Japanese movie I wouldn't mind seeing an American version of that will most likely never happen is Battle Royale.

I liked that movie too. Rob Zombie, like him or not, is a talented guy. He did all the art for the White Zombie CDs too. :thumbsup
