Suppose it depends on the charges and evidence, but I doubt prosecutors will be so daft as to introduce charges that won't stick.

It's going to be an interesting trial depending on the charges and timescale they cover. I can see stuff coming out about how some countries actually supplied him with weaponary and how they conspired with Saddam in London to assassinate democratically elected members of other countries.

Im sure theres going to be a team of Intellegence Agents watching his every move...WHEN he is released, that fucker will "miraculously" be killed in some TOTALLY freak attack or crash or terrorist bombing...

You know whos gonna be behind it, although it could never be linked back to the US...

My only fear is that He will be sprung loose by rebel iraqi forces and sprout up again somewhere...
