where do I report a scammers site to?
 

someone charged my credit card for a charge that I never authorized, they gave a website so I wen there, it was made in april 2004 and hasent been updated since. The number on the site is out of order. I found a number in their whois with no area code so i looked up the area code for the zip listed (zip came up with a town name close to the one listed but not the same) Tried calling that out of service. They are registered with godaddy.com
and what the hell I know everyone will be asking the website is http://www.platinumfamilyhealth.com

Should I report them to godaddy or to someone else?
