for adult stuff what jurisdiction will be better to incorporate an offshore company from these 2: belize and panama? and why?
also, anybody know anything about cyprus banks? are there good for offshore bank accounts?

I would suggest you visit, them both and ask the locals what you will encumber while there, and give yourself a chance to decide if you like the placee or not, as well as if it is compatible with what you are looking to do.:2 cents:

i dont know too much, but from what i understand, belize is first class and they are not on anyone's radar, that is always good
