I must say that I make amazing cheese cakes. Everyone that has ever tried them tells me I should sell them. I just make them because I enjoy it. The chocolate with raspberry topping is good as well as the original with strawberry topping.

Enchiladas Dulces
Crispy sweet cinnamon-coated tortillas filled with apples and cream cheese. Served warm with vanilla ice cream drizzled with caramel and chocolate sauce.
