I need some advice about my paysite

Happy costumer is a returning costumer...but...
How many % of all members actually stays as a members, because of a good content on members area?
I give my members what I promise to them, but I was thinking to add some "quality" extra plugins as a bonus.
How much would this increase my active members status?

Whats your opinion?

Plugins are just filler- they should never be considered a priority when looking to improve retention
