Heaven TRULY is a Place on Earth! (pics)
I went out 25 miles off the coast of Clearwater on Friday night on my buddy's 32' Century Runabout and had a GREAT time! I thought I'd share some pics with you all.

We took off from Tarpon Springs, Florida (just North of Clearwater and Tampa). There is a sunken barge and some old military tanks they sank to create an artificial reef.
My digital camera didn't have the zoom I wanted but in that sunset picture there is a shrimp boat that you can barely see. I was trying to capture it because it was just so surreal! We caught a couple of Gag Groupers (pics 1 and 2) and the fish in the 3rd pic is a Cobia (great eating!!!). We also caught a couple Mangrove Snappers and tied into a nice sized Ray. IT WAS GREAT! :thumbsup |
I moved to Clearwater about 7 months ago and I can definitely relate to these pics, the scenery is gorgeous down here
