I don't think this is anything new to be honest. There are much more than 4 earthquakes happening at various places on the planet at any given time.

And the Earth is constantly being bombarded by meteors.... that's where shooting stars come from.

Infact, if there's only 6 or 7 instances from the week-end, I'd say things have been relatively quiet :glugglug

Scale 4.5 is maybe not that special in L.A., in Chicago it is... :(
