Well for one thing I can't see where this person is cheating AP. He might be wasting our time in reveiwing his site. This is where a bot comes in mighty handy in sorting these galleries off our lists to review.

All I did at first was email him back and said sorry you will not be listed for the following reason.

-No Real Content-

All that person is looking for is TGPs that don't take the time to check out all links and just link them anyway.

But all in all he has not really broken any of AP rules that I can see just wasted our time.

While he is breaking your tgp rules, I don't think he is breaking AP rules. Just because the guy is pissing you off, I don't think that is enough reason to get him banned from AP.

What if I submitted a page with 10 pics and an AP banner to your tgp and your rules clearly said 12 pics minimum. Would you try to get me banned from AP as well because I broke your rules. Or what about a freehost that closes an account for whatever reason and redirects the traffic to a sponsor? Should they be banned from the sponsor.

Don't get me wrong, I think what the guy did is very, very underhanded.

I am not trying to start any shit or anything, I just don't see how the guy is breaking AP rules, that all.

He breaks your rules, so ban him.
But I dont see him breaking AP rules.
(unless those mouseovers)
