Well one problem at megaclubs is its supercrowded (well usually), so often you'll try to just get whatever bartender/bargirl is closest =)

In most Montreal clubs/bars I went to though, I always got a 'regular' bargirl. That way you get to stay after closing :Graucho , get lots of free shots, lowered tabs, etc....

One bar, I used to give the girl $50 tips on 200$ tabs, because she cut the tab down for me to like 75$ :thumbsup

She wasn't the hottest/biggest-breasted, but had the most loyal customers always coming back to her bar.

I think they do but in my book, get my drink to me fast and correct, I shell out better tips.

That is not only true for bartenders and such. That is a universal truth of life.

Smaller bars and clubs, girls who get to know the customers and can pour beers for them before they order it and or without asking what they drink get the money.

I bartended for 2 years in college and made bank for that reason alone, and the hot chick made shit compared to me becuase she was a slower and couldnt remember customers drinks for shit.

Every Wednesday night my GF plays in an indoor soccer league in Mira Loma and they have a bar there. Every Wed. night the bartender is the same buxom brunette Latina chick. Every Wed. night she gets about $5-$10 from me depending on how many pitchers I buy. Everyone else there is doing the same shit. She told me she makes as much as a friend of hers who is a stripper.
