I remember reading something last year that Toyota or nissan was going to pay the kids full college bill if the parents named him Toyota. but press got wind of it and there was too much of a outcry, the deal didn't go thur |
I'd never do that, even if a company did offer to pay for my kid's education. Just can't put a price on dignity.
|
that kid will get laughed out of school so hard that he won't even learn how to spell ESPN

Even some of the names that aren't corporate-related are getting ridiculous. Too many young parents with their heads up their asses thinking it'll be cool, while everyone laughs at them behind their backs and calls them dumbasses (rightfully so).
...but what are you gonna do? :helpme |
at least it's not "apple".

Haha Pampa Fucking Texas makes national news.
That's where my dad was born and raised...my grandparents lived there until their deaths and I still have an aunt and uncle there not including more family in surrounding towns. My cousin was with the Sherrif's department and he moved to Borger about 25 miles away to work for their police force..anyway he sold his house there in Pampa for a whopping $4K LOL Shit is cheap there..there's only like 17,000 people and they don't even have a movie theater...lol a wal-mart yes but not a whole lot else....but they have some fucking gorgeous houses....Pampa used to be a thriving town...in fact it's where Woodie Guthrie lived at one time and one of his inspirations for This land is your land. |
I knew a girl from Pampa actually. Her last name was spelled Lawrence, but because she's from Texas it was pronounced "Low-rance". :1orglaugh
Oh, where I used to live (MT), a town of 17,000 was considered big! LOL! |
rednecks to the extreme there

Not a whole lot to do other than go to cousin's football games on Friday nights and cousin's soccer games on Saturday mornings. Most nights we just got together and rented movies and watched them at my grandmother's..that was fucking it...LOL |
