I like the latest Outlook.

I wanted to use TheBat but it won't work with my Exchange server for some odd reason

I just started using Spam Inspector for outlook a few weeks ago and its been doing a pretty good job IMO..

Might be something to look into if you cant seem to find any client to fit your needs
