How do you TAKE your COFFEE

Mine goes in spells....... for months I'll do 1 teaspoon of creamer and 1 of sugar and then I'll switch to black........ gotta have a change, even in my coffee........ I live on that shit. LOL

Black coffee is one of the best things you can drink if you have asthma, and it is best to drink it black...... so in the fall and spring when mine is at it's peak, I drink it black. It takes some getting used to, but it is good.... as long as it isn't that shit that is so strong it would stand up and walk by itself. LMAO

I don't drink really strong coffee so my black coffee is good. LOL

I have 4 kids, 3 of which have asthma and when they get attacks, that's what they get...... fixes them right up. ;)

This is and has been used for years and years for a fast remedy for Asthma..... we had hell with our youngest son, seemed he was ALWAYS having hell with his asthma, was on a breathing machine 6 times a day for the first 3 years of his life... a Pharacist told me about this and I gave him coffee and he got a lot better a lot faster..... and started having to have less and less treatments.

I didn't believe it at first either, but after I started giving it to him, he started improving and when he has hell now, a couple of cups of coffee and he is good to go. :winkwink:

Well it isn't like I gave him 3 pots a day...... he had one cup of coffee a day with milk and sugar in it. If you seen this child fighting for air the way I had to for the first 5-6 years of his life, you would have given it to him too..... They had him on steroids and was causing some side effects I didn't like...... and was effecting other aspects of his health.

To elaborate here a little because I guess I made it sound like tea is AS bad as coffee, it isn't by any means at all....... but it does have caffeine and it does have it's own ill effects if abused, as anything does...... and not AS much caffeine, but it does have it. LOL
