Earlier today I received a mail from a site inviting me to sign up to its webmaster program. After taking a peek I discovered that the site has full nude pictures of girls aged 9 - 17. This is no small time operator, the site is huge and written in 3 languages.

Here is their legal statement.
Is this true ? If it is then all sites showing nudes of underage girls are legal.

I have replaced the site name with "this site" the rest is as found.

Not to damper anything here but this is also a battle I have been fighting for nearly 2 years. As long as the pics show no penetration of any kind and are not "pornographic" then they won't be able to do a damn thing.

To ME, they are promoting it in a porn site surrounding so it should be dealt with as such, but many many a time I have turned them in thinking something would be done about it and they just simply won't unless you can find some penetration in it.

I personally suggest you go find out what sponsors they are also using and turn them in to them..... they will at the very least be dealt with by them...... and it may be possible for you to contact their hosts, BUT then they have legal limitations for removing it too, but if they are using a host that is as sickened by this as you and I are then may, just maybe they will have it removed.

But as I said before, they won't remove it if it is just nudity. I know it sucks babe, but I have run into this so many times trying to get them off the net. and more than likely you are looking at the same site that has been spamming me.

Looks like the site is on a German dedicated server. I geuss the service company that plugs this into the net is not going to give a shit. They are using no link services counters etc so it looks like happy days for these guys at $39 a month sign up.

They claim most of the funds go towards educating and buying equipment for schools in Eastern countries. Yeah right. I can just imagine some fat stinky fucking pervert owns this site and turns up to work in a brand new merc every day while other around him starve.

this is just plain sick, they use a provision not intended to be abused this way. Good luck fighting them

It just makes me sick is all.......

Is there any porn sponsors on it? Any Porn Links? Anything at all that is considered adult entertainment, peripheally speaking?
If so you may be able to argue that although the pics themselves are legal, they are clearly setting it up as an adult orientated site. You's have to ask Tam about this, but it seems that there is a clause about using "art" pics of kids...it has to be on an artistically orientated site or a site that has NOTHING to do with porn. I'm not sure on this but Tam would probably know.

I have not been to the site( I don't even want to know the name) but some of the loopholes that they use can be used against them. First you are correct in saying that with no penetration it is hard do do anything about it, but the law states also that there can be NO provocative or sexual poses, this includes " seductive" and explicit poses. This means any "toys" and/ or masterbation pics ARE illegal, period the end. It also means that most of the normal soft core porn poses are off limits. If you can prove any of this is going on you can get the shit bags in a world of shit. Unfortunatly I personaly wouldn't even logon to the site to find out if any of this stuff is there. It is sick, and I believe that this kind of "art" should not be allowed(even if it might seem like sensorship).

There's this fucking guy that attends the university where I work. He started harrassing/stalking one of my coworkers. Apparently, he liked her because she looked so young. Anyways, she brings charges against him through the University. That was last summer. This fuck is STILL attending school and even living in the fucking dorms. He's a 37 year old man. The University can't get rid of him because his case is still pending. Meanwhile, my friend has to see this fuck on campus every day.

Here's the kicker. HE has now filed a lawsuit against the University and about 35 employees because (he claims) he can't get an on campus job because of his age!
