    On my ten year anniversary I decided to get engaged..

    yeah I figured it was time I got off my ass and asked her to marry me. Great night.. totally surprised her.. we'd agreed that it wasn't our thing and I'd played it down over the last few months pretty well.. but the reaction was great...
    good night.. huge seafood platter.. lobster.. char grilled king prawns.. bollinger, then a semi drunk walk along the water...

                      heheh.. thanks.. yeah it is.. but It was never a big deal to us.. It's kind of surprising.. that afterwards it does seem a little more important than I would have thought.. still could have gone on happily without it.. but it's a nice/romantic surprise..
