Do you want to re-install it or remove it?

To re-install, you could upgrade at ie url or you can remove it by finding than deleting the file. windows dosnt let you remove past the first install. Well after i got stung by the se drama, i just deleted the files and loaded fireox. Special thanks to the person/s who helped me out a month ago with that issue.

Instead of messing with IE perhaps now is a good time to try another browser?

i reformat my C: drive every fall. back everything up and wipe it all clean. completely re-install everything from the ground up.

keeps my machine buzzing along nicely. :)

plus all the fuct software that i've loaded throughout the year that i don't need anymore comes off.

about a month before reformatting, i can go nuts installing programs that i wouldn't ordinary go for. see if they're worth keeping.

1) Insert linux install cd
2) reboot
3) follow onscreen instructions

OH GOD, are we related? This is exactly what I do..... and after the format, I keep the ones I liked and never reinstall the ones I didn't. LMAO
