my bro owns a print shop with 4 employees and everyone can do anything they like when there's nothing to do
they have pinball (xenon :-) and tv and video there and there's always beer and coke and sweets. smoking allowed, 100s of music CDs

what i used to do:
pick up the phone and pretend to be having a really important conversation
this is the ULTIMATE "get of jail free card": because your boss cant ASK what you are doing - as he can SEE you are "on the phone" and it's important!
