My tax accountant told me to form an 's' corp and I'm happy I did.

S Corp. LLC is just a waste of money.

Oh wait, I forgot to mention that our accountant said an S Corp is useful mainly for people who are making over $100k a year. I'm not sure I agree, but that wasn't a factor in our decision, so I didn't have to work out the numbers.

S-Corp that holds many LLCs. split up and isolate all of your properties whenever possible.

kak_azn 06-24-2004 11:17 PM

It all depends on what your doing it for?

This is what attorneys and accountants are for.

Indeed.
Already spoke to a few, looks like LLC for me.

Thats what is being prescribed, but its always interesting to hear opinions.

Not going into Franchise or anything so S Corp would just be silly at this stage.

Wrong.

This is what GFY is for. You can save a lot of money by using GFY for legal advice instead of wasting your money on a lawyer or accountant. http://www.gofuckyourself.com/images.../xyxthumbs.gif
