To incorporate or not to incorporate?
LLC?
S? Whats really the best choice? S corp if I get employee's? or just go LLC? Nevada, Rhode Island? :helpme I call upon the powers of GFY! Opinions advice! More Attornies! |

Oh wait, I forgot to mention that our accountant said an S Corp is useful mainly for people who are making over $100k a year. I'm not sure I agree, but that wasn't a factor in our decision, so I didn't have to work out the numbers.

S-Corp that holds many LLCs. split up and isolate all of your properties whenever possible.
