One of my favorite tools is the 1-Hit Search Engine Simulator:

Enter a URL and it spiders the page, returning the content as search engines will see it.

I love this because I can see where my text shows up in the "search engine viewpoint", letting me move things around to present the best layout for keywords and other SE text food.

BTW - I have some other good SE tools at http://www.hottiesusa.com/links - just set it up so it's pretty bare, but there's 7 or 8 SE tools listed so far.
