i read an interview with the hun, he gets about 1000 submittions a day, if i remember it correctly...

That might not sound like much, knowing that there are other TGPs that get roughly the same number of submissions. But considering that you can only submit one every 3 days, that would be like 3000 submissions a day without the rule.

Wow, that would be way to much work!!!

Know doubt the bots would weed it down but that would still be a lot to read.

Read? No, if your script takes care of all the shit, then you can have all the nice galleries left. Then it's time to be picky. If you have them placed in a page, when you click the gallry link it pop up in a new window, you check the general look, you like? You close the window, check the accepted box, click on the next link. When you done, you go click the I'm done for today" button and it add's everything into a stack. Everyday via a cron batch, it takes 70 off the stack and addy them to the page. You get away with 5 click per submissions which lets you to about 3-6 submission a minute (Make 200 avg processed submission an hour or so) for the ones you gotta do some editing.

Thats where i'm going with my TGP (Not the number of submission, but the process) right now I'm at 10-18 clicks which is way too slow, but for the number i get, it would take me longer to code the thing than so when it start to bother me that much i'll do something about it, lol ;-)

Wizdom. Close, very close ;-)... Indeed a bot takes care of all blind links, consoles, redirects, 404's and blacklisted pages. Also on the links that are up (so if a page goes 404 or redirects somewhere else it's removed automatically from the listings by the bot). I have a program that shows me all unchecked submissions from the database. I can then press a link and it will open 25 windows with control buttons (accept, decline, delete,cancel) with the gallery loaded in a frame. If I like it I enter a description and press accept. And that's basically how I get through the submissions every day.

Is that simulsr to X3 script I have used you load how many gallery you want to look at. Then accept or reject them type in the disription. Except I didnt have bots to sort the crap so you got all those pop ups and 404.Still you where flat getting though a hunderd a hour.

Wizdom / Hun, did you make that yourself or buy it off the shelf somewhere?

X3 sounds pretty interesting. Might check it out. I'm planning on starting a movie post soon and I'm doing research on scripts that will help me as much as possible. Anybody ever try Ultimate TGP?

The Hun as a Major in Computer Science and me I am doing mine as we speak. I know he write everything himself and so do I. He has 7 years of programming that I don't have touht ... ;-)

Why pay when you can do it yourself? It's much more fun to have your stuff do exactly what you want.

Hey The Hun, I never tought to have 25 pops at 1 time because I rarely get that many submission a day, http://bbs.gofuckyourself.com/board/smile.gif Thats why 1 at a time is fine for me for now. But I agree with you, and I droped Perl5 altougheter last week to move to PHP4 for my front end. It's much more efficient. Shit I cant beleive how much time I wasted, should have listend to ya back in august last year, lol

Funny you should bring that up, very rarely do I build galleries, but when I do, Hun always picks them up! Unlike others, who for some reason or other decide not to list it... mostly because they want some shitty little button to their site on it, what a load of fucking shit, my content, my BW and I have to link to "them"?!

I saw your site about 8 or 9 months ago for the first time and it looks the same. If I remember right.

Have you ever made it look different? Hopefully not........it would be nice to know that success came without screwing with the page too much.

Yeah, the hun receives a 1000 submissions a day.

But remember this about other sites that receives that many. They come from auto submit programs like tgsw.

Anyways, the hun was just listed on the tgsw a few months ago, and doesn't accept submission from auto submit programs like that anyways.

I have submitted galleries to the hun several times and never got listed.
Once I was given a reason for one gallery, I used a sponsor that he had blacklisted.
So I got rid of the sponsor.
But still can never get listed.
I always get listed with Persian kitty and all the other big ones.
Just can't figure it out.

I can't get listed as my host (erotism.com) is blacked by Hun http://bbs.gofuckyourself.com/board/frown.gif
