Looking for some script, which is easy for surfers to upload their own pictures, add some txt, and an url...

More ppl should be able todo that. SO fater some time I would have a nice index with amateur pics+personal txt +their own url's

Use vbulletin.... yes it is a message board, but I am telling you from experience, they love that. It's easy as hell for them to upload and they like talking to like people....... so why not go about it like that?

I have a couple of others I looked at that are NOT message boards, I'll see if I can find them for you. ;)

yep if you want some sort of "community" go for vbulletin.. you can even install some neat plugins. If you just want something very basic.. let someone write it for you (will only cost like 50$).

Look for cobbermine gallery - its open source and one of the best you'll find anywhere. Even hacks that allows close integration with Vbulletin.
