I've had property damaged, stolen, etc. as well. Everybody has, you're nothing special in that respect.

The "crime = death without a trial" idea is pretty interesting though. It raises countless interesting questions.
For instance, if someone stole a loaf of bread to feed his starving children, would he deserve death? And a kid that takes a lollipop from a store, should he be executed on the spot? If not, what exactly is the line for deserving instant death?
What about reasonable doubt? Does it need to be certain beyond any reasonable doubt that someone "did it" before you kill him, or is being pretty sure good enough?
And who's gonna do the killing? You? You're gonna clean away the remains too? Take care of the criminal's children? Tell their parents that because of their kids' one little mistake, you unfortunately were forced to blow their brains out?


There is one question more interesting than all the others though... do you really consider your property more important than other people's lives - even if those people happen to be criminals? If so, you're more than just a little fucked up.

Yeah, we all know nobody who's ever been arrested has ever turned out to be innocent later on.

If the guy was in handcuffs when he got the beatdown the cop will for sure get in trouble because that is such a clearcut case of brutality. Brother Rodney was not in cuffs so the cops defense had something to play with. Now the question is...how much punishment must the officer receive to prevent rioting? My guess is no matter what happens it will be deemed insufficient and looting will ensue.

He was running on foot and stopped and was assuming the "felony stop" position of hands on head, facing away on his knees. Well when he got his hands on his head, the first officer holstered his gun and ran in and tackled the guy. The second officer ran in and appeared to knee him in the head, took out his flashlight and wailed about his head and neck 11 times.

It was one of those police adrenaline rages obviously.

So remember, dont EVER try to assume a felony stop position unless the police are using a bullhorn and hiding behind their car doors.

And if you're a cop, listen carefully for helicopter blades before you ruin your force AGAIN... lol

The events to follow this will be interesting to watch. A lil Police rage is understandable, but that officer took it way too far. He's fucked.:321GFY
