How to make the mouse rollover effect where it writes a bunch of text?
 

How do you make the mouse rollover effect where it writes a bunch of text when you take your mouse over it Here is an example.

scroll down all the way to bottom, and take your mouse over "credit card" symbol. Can anyone help me with this? I would really appreciate it.
