I don't think the terrorists can be stopped
 

It would be like stopping all murders in USA.. aint gonna happen with todays technology.

We as a country really need to hire a shitlaod of assassins and just fucking take em out...But i think theres a rule or something that says we cant assassinate any leaders or else we would of done that years ago for bin laden, sadaam and so on.

Terrorists can be beaten, but it's going to be a long hard fight. It certainly doesn't involve invading sovereign nations and turning them into terrorists breeding grounds.

The terrorists will never be stopped as long as a Republican is in charge, because they don't want to stop them. They created them to have another enemy to fight after the cold war, and look how well it's worked out. Could you imagine how low Bush support would be if 9/11 didn't happen? I mean whose graves would he be standing on in his campaign ads?

I don't think catching Bin Laden will save Bush at this point, it will take more than that. Maybe a huge attack on the US will scare people stupid and give the election to Bush, but that's about his only chance.

I think it's a long run process before they been beaten already, they are powerful and strong, they don't have a heart even soul, they are killer, slaughter of ignorant, one thing that I am sure, they are bound to be casted into the lake of fire, hell is their destination.

Ok, will you post pics? I can show to 2 major ones during the Clinton years alone. Project Bojinka and the Millennium bomb plot. Both would have been as bad as 9/11 or worse but were stopped because there were people actually trying to stop them.

They haven't won the war on drugs and that's been going on a lot longer than the terrorist one.

It will be much tougher in the future with countries like Iran, India, Egypt .... having nuclear weapons and technlogy.

After the cold war ended and we lost Russia as the perfect perpetual enemy, terrorism remarkably popped up and became the next perfect thing to scare people with.
