Why Doesnt Anyone Put Up a $100K Reward On Terrorists?
 

You would think that one of the best ways to stop these tactics of lopping off heads would be to put a bounty on the terrorists that even their familys would consider.

Nothing scares the crap out of a terrorist knowing that a price is on their head that even one of their 100 virgin wives would turn them in.

$100K isn't enough to get a rat terrorist out of bed in that part of the world. :1orglaugh

There has to be an individual reward of $100k for people within Iraq and other countries that have organized terrorist groups, with even possible identify and location change apart of the reward.

I think the younger generations would take $100k for each person if they turn in a group of 10. Of course the people would need to be investigated / under surveillance first to make sure it isn't just a neighbour you dislike.

how many of the residents have internet to find that?? It has to be broadcast over their TV sets and newspapers - even drop friggin flyers over the desert that has any tent setup to get the word out

Most don't even have power...

that would be a scenerio if it was a witchhunt, but I am sure that the usa or any country nearby would make sure by spying on the suspect before grabbing them. Besides - there would be photos and a list of top names to claim the reward money.

we are talking saudi arabia - they do have power.. as does iraq, remember usa just set up a electrical power grid over there that is better than their own.
