Are the click stats counted as first page uniques? or second page?

You can link to the 2nd page though so they are unique.

who else does that?

It's second page, from my experience with similar sites, it's about half of first page clicks, and even less than the visitors on your page, who don't click at all on the sponsor's link.

Platinum Bucks use similiar counting system.
