Ibill support and service..still sucks..in my opinion, id stay away.
Just thought I would share my experience with you all..

Just look at how many of the major sponsors have dropped using ibill. That speaks for itself I think :)

The few times i had to contact ibill their support was crap, i wish i could say something else but thats the way it is.

Whenever I call them on the phone they ask for my account number and help me under a minute. Did you try calling their 1 800 number?

Their end user support is pretty good.
I called them today and got a "Hi, my name is xxxxxxxxxxxx, how can I be of service and provide you with excellent customer service today?" It is better than "your call is held in a queue. We estimate we will answer your call in the next 45 minutes. Your call is important to us ......." |

And the one time I called them in this past year I was answered promptly. It's possible that we're just lucky, but I can't help feeling that Ibill gets a worse rap than they deserve these days. We tried other processors over the years. For us, Ibill beats them all in initial sales AND rebills. That's the part that matters most to me, and why we still used them even when their tech support sucked. Now that it doesn't suck anymore, I really can't think of any complaints. |

I agree, their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. However, having said that, I've used them for over five years now, and I always make more $$$ with them than with other billing companies. That is what's most important to me. Your mileage may vary :2 cents: IMO, they all suck, it's just a matter of which one sucks the least, lol.

Ibill has good customer service. I have a direct line to a support rep and a sales rep.
They scrub the least and have low chargebacks. My only gripe would be their check revokes are high and %'s are a little higher. |
