As a sponsor, we see a little of this ourselves, and have even given some refunds........ when a client isn't happy and they call, CCBill has to give them a refund. But trust me, as a sponsor, we'd MUCH rather have a refund than a chargeback..... We will give them a refund in a new york minute to keep them from charging back. Oh sure, we'll try to keep them, offer them a free month or something like that, but if refusing to refund them means they get nasty and charge it back........... not me, I'd rather just give them their money back and I am sure this is how CCBill feels about it as well. Believe it or not, this one is for our protection. :thumbsup
I called them about this a few weeks ago myself........ and that's what they told me. We have been luck and only had 3 chargebacks since January and it's because we work with our own members.... you'd be shocked how much this means to those members.
