I didn't do it for years...i think i need to

Years? OMG really? I have to defragment my computers at work weekly, simply because of all the large files I create and then delete constantly. If i don't, the computer slows down to a crawl and I simply can't get the jobs done.

Home computers I don't do very often because they aren't used as much.
