Is it too early to say? I'd say Butterfly Effect was the best movie i've seen in a while, is that 2004? .:1orglaugh .:1orglaugh .. I'm trying to get more movies to rent/download haha... What's your picks?

I'm surprised someone hasn't said "The Passion" yet.........even I don't think so........actually I've been disappointed with the summer fare so far of movies.........not a great summer movie as of yet.........I have a feeling "King Arthur" might be the one that stands above the rest as far as quality goes.

I liked the Station Agent a lot too but the same people that found Lost In Translation boring will find it boring too. For me, I thought it was great.


The best film I have seen this year is by far Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind .


Oh and everyone mentioning City Of God..that is two Oscar shows ago..lol

other than that... Harry Potter...... kinda hard with only 6 months down and I haven't seen too many movies.. school of rock will be in there when i catch it on DVD this week no doubt :)

No you can't.........but that was technically late 2003.......thats why it isnt getting mentioned.......it already has the highest rating on the internet movie database when you break it down.......almost 70% of those polled give it a 10/10
