Instead of just listing diffent hosting companies. Tell us why these companies your listing are the best at what they do.
What qualifications do they have to make them the best? Is it their network? Is it their staff? Is it their prices? Be specific as to why they are the best. |

Uptime: 9 Network: 9 Staff: 9 Prices: 3 Support: 9 Jupiter Hosting: Uptime: 9 Network: 8 Staff: 10 Prices: 7 Support: 7 Although the tickets go really fast, Jupiter really needs ICQ support. ISPrime is just way to expensive, but I like the ICQ support. Jupiter is my winner for price/performance. |

It seems that everyone claims to be the best hosting company out there. I would think that the best hosting company out there would at least offer: * Own their own network * Top notch support (Techs with large amounts of experience dealing with adult clients, not new guys practicing on your boxes) * Have a staff that has years of experienced within the adult hosting sector. (Not just one guy that knows the business) * Have resources available in case of an emergency. * Offer a state of the art control panel as to reduce the amount of support tickets that would need to be sent. and I am sure there are few more..... Let me ask this question. Out of the list of hosting companies below. Who is the best and why? RealityCheckNetwork.com - The crew there has a realyl wide ranging technical knowledge and also, VER helpful to things that are far outside the norm when you think of tech support.
They are located in one of the Telco hotels out there today in New York City. From working with them over 4 years now, These guys have their game down cold without having to wonder if they truly have the right answers. Pose any question to the RCN hosting crew on ANYTHING in the hosting world and you arent going to stump them. Not possible to do. I dare you, I double dog dare you. depends on what your looking for, if your just after a cheap virtual account, your probably going to get the same results where ever you go as your sharing resources with many others.

Dweeks, Mike, and Tristan at Swiftwill.com have been incredible! I have had no downtime in, oh, a year or more? For any technical help, they are always available 24/7. I've even got help with stuff they don't even support, like my crappy html coding. :) Their bandwidth is smoking fast, the service rocks, I've had no downtime, and they constantly go up and beyond the call of duty to constantly blow away my expectations of a host. I wouldn't even call them a host, I'd almost call them a support center. Swiftwill.com baby. |

Phatservers has the most attentive and helpful support system I've dealt with. They're knowledgable, honest, and friendly and have fabulous uptime. And that's everything I would want in a hoster.

Ive had icq support many times with Jupiter.
Fill out a ticket, but it at priority 1, and if anything is a huge prioriy issue or problem, icq communication is always there.. Communication is NEVER a problem with Jupiter.. In fact it is the best.. I have a great relationship with everyone there from the owner to the techs, to the sales, down to the guy who cleans the toilets.. And they are the best.. Even thier toilets are probably better and cleaner than any hosting company.. Thats how damn good they are. Jupiter is #1 in my book. God knows I work those tech harder than most. Im a real pain in the ass kinda client.. And they always do right by me everytime... And do it very verywell. Im a pretty demanding and frustrating person in real life off the boards, and jupiter has gone above an beyond my expectaions with service and quality. |
Speaking of Toiliets, one of the dirtier toliets in the webhosting biz is that of Candid.. On the Candid Hosting Bus...
I went there to take a monsterous shit one time, and it shot all over the walls.. Till this day they have still yet been able to get those stains off the wall.. Last I heard they were trying to sell the bus!!! Damn!!! :Graucho Good guys there, just dont use the toilet on the bus. |

50 CENT ? Unless you work here, or have even taken the time to talk to me and ask how things work, I don?t think you?re in a position to tell the world why we do what we do. If you would simply ICQ or call me, I would be happy to discuss this. Tech support is not outsourced at Jupiter, however, our call center is. The process is proven to be effective for both customers and staff, as well as being scalable. You can always, ALWAYS, ask to speak to someone at the data center when you call and your call will be directly routed. One of the worst possible things that can happen is for a customer to try and reach tech support and get a busy line, or worse, or no answer. As a result, we put up this first line of communication to triage phone calls. Their responsibility is to take the call, open a ticket, and assign it to the appropriate tech. Consider it like the telephone version of opening a ticket. It takes 30 seconds, and I guarantee your ticket is in the hands at someone at the data center within 90 seconds. We have a 24 X 7 on-site group at the data center that those tickets get assigned to. People like Ben, Randy, Pete, Shawn, Sean, or Jeff. You will always be assigned to a tech that will provide you with a direct dial telephone number and a personal ICQ UIN. I invite anyone to come down and check it out for yourself. In the end, You have to pick a hosting company that works with you. All the technical stuff is important, but ultimately, hosting is about the people. I know we have the best. Check it out. |

The prices are not that high...Just tak to them by phone or ICQ, and they will cut you a nice deal..Also don;t forget they offer FULLY MANAGED hosting...Most out there don't do this.. Here are a few reasons why.. support---> 24/7/365.. I once needed support on Christmas, and there was a friendly guy helping me...(needed some trade script installed) ICQ in secs, mail in minutes, or phone(toll free) uptime---> I only have been down for like 5-10 minutes in the last 3 year. That was when there was some routing error network--->great BGP4+ routing...Simple the best route for every surfer that does a request on your page...ALso their tech support(and sales etc) are IN the DC itself...SO they can plug some hardware etc staff--->long time in adult as well, many big players host at isprime... and they offer a control panel(custom made) where you can add domains/emails/mysql etc..No cpanel crap...CUSTOM.
