Yesterday I made my first attempt at a free site on my service provider. http://www.zap-man.com/zaploads/
anyways after 112,000 page loads my bandwidth for the month is gone and I have made ZERO dollars. Can someone give me an idea as to what it is I coul possibly be doing wrong? Any tips. Anything.

You can cut the files down to 5 don't give them so many 8 on each page at 80k each avg
The bandwith is eaten up fast
You don't have very much bandwith allowance do you?
Maybe even get a text or blind link sponsor on there http://bbs.gofuckyourself.com/board/smile.gif
Even give up on movies or put them on a free host that lets you have those files

A free site should not have enough for the surfer to satisfy himself, and yours does... I know from,....... uh..... "first hand" experience http://bbs.gofuckyourself.com/board/wink.gif

Seriously, offer maybe 12 pics and one asf file max.

Mr. Elf, What do I need to see those files? Again, I went back to your site, (I went yesterday from a different thread) and tried to open a thumb. I click on it and my screeen fills with some weird "code" type of font.


Maybe all your visitors opened those thumbs, couldn't see anything and exited the page.

You're out the bandwidth and since they couldn't see the goods, they didn't buy.

I think you did a good job with teasing. The clips are short and they have to click your sponsor to see the cum shot. The only thing I can think of is cut down your bandwidth until you get the format right for you to make money. Not so many clips and add a text link or two maybe even another banner (although I like the clean design so I wouldn't over do it :)) to give them more chances to buy. I'm still surprised though that you didn't get any sign ups. I haven't a clue why not. Maybe more text by your banner to make sure they know they can see the rest at your sponsor? All in all a good site.

Hey Thanx Alot Guys. I really appreciate the help. I guess I will not be sleeping for another night. I did finally get one sign up today. Is 3 gigs transfer per month to little? I used it all up in one day. OUCH!!

If it was me I'd cut down the # of movies some. Maybe call it "Zap-Man's Daily Cum Movie" then just make it one page with one movie. Every day have a different one up, then when you've went through them start over.

People love daily sites, and a daily site doesn't have to have a lot of content to be good.

I'm sure there's a free script out there that would do it for you.

Regarding your question about bandwidth, well, 3 gigs of transfer a month is not a lot. If you are going to play the tgp game you are going to want to find a reliable host with good rates on bandwidth. It is not at all uncommon to burn up 3 to 5 gigs of transfer with a single gallery if it gets picked up by the lager tgp's.

I think the page is quite a bad bit of advertising. Change the font, increase the font size, make it bold, make the text colors more readable (Blue on Pink?? Ack!) and spread the text all over the pictures and above and below the banners. Put each asf file in its own html page with the description of the girl and about all the content and tell them they've just got to sign up to get the full thing because its too good to miss. Tell the surfer about howmuch content the sponsor has if they sign up. Hope it helps.
