This is something that seems so basic and is common sense, but so many people don't apply it. And I must confess, I haven't started applying it until recently. Once I did start, things have been going MUCH better for me.

Do one thing. Stick with ONE thing. Find something you're good at and blow the fuck out of it. If you're good with galleries, build and submit several a day. Focus on your gallery game. And don't just get good at galleries, master galleries. Know them inside and out. Meet other people in your game. Become friends with TGP owners and other people that can help you. Network the fuck out of the gallery game.

Once you have mastered your one thing, then take a step back and consider trying another game. It's always risky to keep all of your eggs in one basket, but you need to keep those eggs in the basket long enough to hatch.

Never pay cash for a high performance sports car and have a few pounds of coke at home. It might now turn out too well.
